Shelby and Makenzie are the BEST!!! They listened to me and never once made me feel like the problems I was experiencing were just part of life for a post menopausal woman. They shared their knowledge with me and taught me how to strengthen my pelvic floor and core muscles. As a result I can lead the active life I enjoy!!!!!
