I took my 91 year old client (I sit with the elderly) to ProRehab on Crosslake Drive. He went there for an Epley Manuever because he was dizzy. Upon examining him the therapist (who was very nice actually) did some kind of move on him and flipped him so quickly I thought she had body slammed him. His back immediately began hurting and has hurt ever since. Yes, he waited a couple of months to complain (he hoped it would stop hurting). Amazing rehab facility. My therapists were the best. I’m so impressed with their care, professionalism, and a great rehab program. Thanks to them, my recovery has been better than I could have imagined.
Been in PT for 13 months and have had 9 different PTs in that time just from moving and staying with my parents and needing pelvic floor PT as well. I’ve always had the best PTs. I cannot say the same for this place. They were dishonest when they pulled my insurance information and then I was surprised with a bill of $350. I was referred to this facility by my GI physician. I wasn't very hopeful in the results I was going to receive, but I was willing to try and follow up with the care that I was instructed to do. When I met Trish, she made this possible. For nearly 22 weeks, she helped me in an area that was difficult for me to fix. Being diagnosed with an autoimmune in the middle of my already bad situation. Came in with a pinched muscle in my L hip/buttocks that had me incapacitated, pain almost unbearable. After almost 3 weeks of muscle relaxers and trying to stretch it out myself, without success. Mason my therapist, listened to me, isolated the problem, helped me through the Right stretches and ended the my suffering after that First visit. I have to do my stretches, but the pain is gone and I’m functioning normally again. THANKS AGAIN!! MASON and All the Friendly staff @ ProRehab.
