I would absolutely recommend the Festus Athletico for your PT needs. Everyone is so friendly! Paul is a pleasure to work with, clearly explains exercises and the purpose behind them. I have seen positive progress as the pain in my hand is continuing to decrease.
My first visit I left somewhat upset, and almost didn't want to come back. My visits after that were all good. Paul worked with me and helped alot. Somewhere along the line My visits were changed to 7am. Then my therapist was Mattea. She was more personable and made the visits a little more fun. All in all, I had productive visits, and would recommend either Paul or Mattea.
Great people and very helpful
Paul and the Athletico team did a great job getting my shoulder back to normal. They guided me from basic stretching and range‑of‑motion work early on to serious re‑strengthening, and my shoulder is now stronger than it was before I tore my rotator cuff. My surgeon said it would be a long haul and I’m very pleased with the care I received and would recommend Athletico to anyone needing solid rehabilitation.
Paul got me back in shape after a work injury. He was able to explain the extent of my injuries in a way that made more practical sense than the doctors did. Kara at the front made scheduling easy. If I ever need PT again athletico festus will be my first call
