I have been visiting this gym for two times. They have got a lot machines to use and they are all hammers strength ( one of my favorite brand ) which is quite remarkable. It is good for bodybuilding with such varieties especially and on top of that they have got multiple glue builders upstairs. Furthermore there are around 10 of professional powerlifting bench’s and a squat rack near by. I think they must have some competitions from time to time which is very nice. My favorite machines are their plateload machines rows.
Hands down best Gym in Melbourne. Great Vibe, great people and owners that care about their members and crate an amazing culture within the gym..
