Horrible customer service. Don’t respond to emails. Told me they close at 5. Then take lunch from 1:30 to 4 and want answers the phone but they are inside. Want do the work until they receive payment but want make themselves available to take payment. Just leave a drop cooler outside. People have better things to do than chase down people who can’t communicate. NOT how you run a business!
My company was using Pro Quality before I transferred to our Cartersville plant in 2010. Their service is excellent and will do anything to assist their customers. Kris and Rik are the best. I recommend them for your water analysis needs.
