I love the filters, but I had an issue with a product that arrived broken and I’ve been trying to get it replaced for over 3 weeks. Absolutely no response from customer service to my multiple emails and when I call the number on the website it seems AI generated response, I can’t actually get a hold of a real person to fix my issues. Super frustrating!!!!
A perfect example of a company being bought out by another (culligan) and immediately they kill the company. Filters are trash now, discontinued almost all filter options and customer service is non existent. If you read reviews before a purchase I’d suggest finding a different option as this one has died thanks to culligan. Was good while it lasted.
The customer service is garbage! They look like a scam because if you order something on their website you will never know what happens with your order, or when will you get the order. Nobody gives you a response by phone or email and they will also decline money-back requests. I ordered a water filter on May 24, and today is May 29… there is no information about my order and just one message that says “We will send you a tracking link ASAP”
Horrible experience all around. This company has zero customer service. I'm being force to do a credit card chargeback because Pro One simply won't respond to anything.
I bought the dual water filter system for countertop. I need to replace the filters for it. In the past I have ordered the filters on there website now it's not showing them. I have sent 3 emails no answer. I have called and put on hold for over an hour nobody picks up the call. So now I have paid out the money for this water filter system and can't find the filters for it. I would never buy nothing from them!! I am giving them 1 star just so I can post this. This is the worst customer experience i have every had.
