Patients are crowded in one room 30 patients at one time. I was doing pt right next to someone who stank. Pt only sees you at first visit evaluation and after 8 weeks of pt never saw him again. Pt assistants all over the place doing nothing I had shoulder injury PT started treating me for neck. After 8 weeks of very painful therapy. Pain was getting worse with every treatment. Friendly atmosphere. Staff is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Jared was my PT after having left shoulder surgery, and the exercises Jared taught me at the facility, I am able to do at home. For my next right shoulder surgery, I will definitely return to Pro- T physical therapy.

After a recent knee surgery, I knew I needed to entrust a team to not take it easy in my therapy, but to push me. I initially met with Dr Shani, and she is fantastic. After listening intently to my goals, she designed a treatment plan to keep me accountable and on track. Next, I was assigned to Marissa, who is also amazing. This is the very best physical therapy I have ever had. I wish I could keep a schedule like this for the rest of the year and nxt. The girl's are very good at making you feel comfortable. The exercises they have you doing are very important and well thought out. I've walked in being stiff, 20m later I'm limbered up, and ready to go. Thanks to everyone for the great service.
