I called Props to come out and give me a bid on pruning my large Valley Oak tree in my back yard and their bid was a little higher than the other one I got, but they were much more professional with detailed proposal and very knowledgeable staff. I decided to use them and the outcome of my Oak tree was simply perfection. I would recommend them to anyone whom wants their trees to be done right!
The first time we used this company, we were pleased. So we decided to use them for a bigger project. One of the owners gave us an estimate which we thought included what we asked for. It turns out that he thought we might like something totally differnet better, which put us behind schedule. We had to drive and pick up our own samples because he was just too busy, then he pulled his crew without saying a word to us for a week, because he had a much bigger, "more important"job.
