These guys are crooks. Do not be fooled. They are full blown con artists. No telling how many innocent people have fallen victim to them, but i plan to hold them accountable. They are liars. I was quoted at $275 for minor repairs: water pump replacement, bilge pump install (i provided pump) and welded rivets (5). They never welded the rivets in the timeframe that they were supposed to. I purchased a 25 HP Johnson outboard from props plus. When I purchased the motor I was informed that a new water pump was in stalled and the motor was ready to go . As soon as I arrived home t with the outboard I put engine in a barrel to ensure it was ready . The water pump did not pump properly ... Only spit when at high rpm. I called and spoke to manager immediately ...and the motor he once ensured me was ready to go , when I called him the guy who once told me he installed new water pump ..wasn't even sure that took plac... read more
