Great people
The staff need to get sensitivity training and care more about the patients that get their medication thru this pharmacy. They have twice dropped the ball on refilling my prescription and resulted in a delay of me receiving my arthritis medication. They do give you the deal-with-it attitude and could not care any less with your dependency on your medication even though they hold you hostage for it! Forced to use this joke of a pharmacy by my insurance company. One medication is $2 on Amazon but I now pay $10 because it's a "specialty" medication (that I used to get at my local Rx). Customer service is nonexistent and I guess they don't have a medical background because they sure don't care to delay meds.
Not very flexible, the associates have a deal with it type of attitude and come off as if they could care less about your situation or circumstances or your need to receive your medication in a timely manner. Their only way of reminding you to refill your medication is through a text message that God Forbid you miss or didn't see, because the attitude they have is, well we tried.
Proprium needs to be shutdown completely. They are owned by Sentara and all they do is find ways to withhold medication that has been prescribed by doctors. They find every delay tactic possible to prevent from dispensing medications to patients. I hate that I am forced to use this joke of a pharmacy. You always have to call them to do even a simple refill because they don't have an online portal or anything of convenience for the patient.
