I have been using this pharmacy for the past 2 years and the customer service is always amazing! Today I spoke with Shannon and she was 5 star customer service. Then as the call when on she informed me she was one of the pharmacist and was so kind and patient! Wish all pharmacies had the customer service that they provide!
I receive my medications within the time allotted. I also receive messages relating to when my medications will arrive at my location. Thank You Proprium Pharmacy.
Had an issue with a script that didn't get delivered. It wound up being a computer glitch. When I explained the importance of the medication, they filled it the same day and I was able to pick it up when they opened the next morning. Very helpful people!
Always on point with reminders and making sure I have everything I need for my medicine. Always making sure my meds are functioning, checking on my general health, and keeping all of the paperwork up to date. Excellent customer service. I wish they'd give lessons to other pharmacies!
Unbelievable incompetence from the phone representatives, as I echo the previous reviews. since my insurance changed from BCBS to Sentra Group, it has been nothing but a nightmare on a monthly basis to obtain my med delivery. Last screw up was yesterday June 9, 2025, as I was to receive my home delivery. By 4:45 p.pm, delivery was a no show, so I called the pharmacy and told them the issue.
