Obviously hate paying a lot of money for things but was very grateful to get my burst pipe (looks like the outside water faucet cracked and would leak into the house when I turned it on) dealt with. The owner responded to the request for service immediately. He came the next day for the assessment. Offered to fix it the day after, at my girlfriend’s convenience (she was the one at home during the initial assessment). He ended fixing it when I was home on the weekend. Courteous.
