Tom was really helpful when I called inquiring about pool krete. Even took the time to look at my photos even when he wasn’t gaining anything from the interaction. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to you Tom!!
I too have had too many issues to recount. I ordered and money was taken. Product was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. That is where good ends. Wrong parts in mislabeled packaging. We have put this together and taken it apart MANY times per their requests to show sizes and alignment. It was suppose to be a 15' x 30' oval pool. It is 16' wide. Our entire backyard was built around a 15 x 30. The 16 will not work. Brian Lane has given us the run around and told us to get with the manufacturer. I didn't order from them.... read more
I ordered a heater from this business. The heater arrived damaged. I documented the issue and presented proof. The person I worked with, Brian, told me that clearly it arrived damaged and promised a resolution in a form of a replacement heater. It has been over a week and there is no resolution. Instead of issuing a refund or sending a replacement I'm being told that they are working with some 'vendor' to fix the issue. Ordered a complete 21' pool package and some upgrades. All packages arrived free from damage and what appears to be complete. I'll know for sure once I complete the install. My order arrived in 4 separate shipments and there was some lack of clarity on what was being delivered (freight) and when in regards to the pool itself and liner, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
