絕對是最棒的啤酒廠之一，野生發酵類型的啤酒更是世界頂尖水準的。 老闆Robert跟Piper釀造野生採集原料的農舍類型啤酒已經十幾年了。雖然名氣並非人所皆知，但是他們釀造的啤酒品質毫無疑問是最棒的。不但對於野生發酵的技術熟練，對於野生香草與水果的搭配應用更是厲害。來這邊一定要喝他們的野生桶陳酸啤酒。 對於自然的維護，Piper跟Robert也是有十足的責任心。所採集的植物一定會將他們播種，維持了自然的生長永續性。對大地與啤酒的喜愛，真的是令人敬佩的職人精神。
