Tonka is an outstanding pilates instructor. She pays close attention to your movements and assures you are performing for maximum benefit. She has great knowledge of the interrelatedness of various body parts. Her sessions are much more than standard pilates instruction. The studio is big and bright. Easy parking. Due to an unplanned situation, I needed modification of some future prepaid sessions. I was accommodated willingly. Tonka is a find in the Ft L pilates community.
This studio is very warm and inviting, and they’ve been very helpful for this beginner. I was worried they might be intimidating since I’m an over 60 beginner, but they’ve made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
Every class is a unique, highly focused experience. I feel and see the results which inspires me to continue. Wow and thank you to Tonka and her staff. 🙏
I have worked out around the world and I’m pleased to say ProPilates is one of the best desgined and run exercise training facilities I’ve experienced.
