Receptionist made me feel like I was just a "number." When she took my name, I stood there waiting and finally asked "oh! Am I checked in?" Hardly looked at me and acknowledged me and simply nodded as if I were excused. For $300, LESS than an hour to have the "neck tightening" done...... the aesthetician seemed very new but was sweet - not worth $300 and then only to be pulled into a sales pitch with Issaac (a brother of one of the investors). Not impressed.
