Five stars all the way for Prophecy Medical Spa in La Mesa. The facility is clean and beautiful, the customer service is outstanding, and the treatments deliver actual results. The estheticians and nurses like Chloe, Emily & Faith & technicians like Hayley, Kaleigh, & Alyssa are skilled, kind, and professional. I will definitely be back.
