They will take your money, provide terrible customer service, refuse to refund you or give you an indication of a timeframe on when your results will e ready - after 5 months of sample being sent to them, in my case. As an international client from overseas I have to leave review of my suffering with this entity, I purchased 2 kits from DNA complete which is powered by Nebula Genomics compared to other Genomics companies unfortunately I received the kits after 3 weeks instead of 3 days , done swap and followed the instructions on leaflet first issue was lack of information regarding address and contact number which wasn't available anywhere in their website, DHL in my country did not accept to ship if phone number not on the Shipment, se... read more
[It's about Nebula Genomics, ProPhase Labs is their investor] Let’s start with the fact that they don’t care at all about keeping you updated. I swabbed my cheeks for at least two minutes - the swab even got pinkish from a bit of blood (shouldn't be a problem according to their instructions) - and sent them my sample the same day. I did this in the morning, on an empty stomach, with full oral hygiene the night before (flossing, brushing, and mouthwash). Theyre the parent company of Nebula Genomics, AND GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE TO RESPOND TO YOUR MESSAGES WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. Ill update this review IF they actually response and resolve an issue, but beyond that I wouldnt recommend this company for genomic testing.
