Over the tenancy we were charged for 16 routine inspections but were only ever provided with 12 of the inspection reports. Extremely disappointed with my experience. Prior to this situation, the agency was frequently calling and texting us, strongly encouraging us to take the property. The owner had agreed to lease it to us, and when I requested a small change to the start date from the 3rd to the 7th, the agent responded with a thumbs up which reasonably implied the change had been accepted.
