We are in the process of selling my parents home at a time that our family had suffered a major tragedy we've been dealing with Mike and he has been wonderful. Very patient response quickly willing to explain everything in detail numerous times if need be. My father is extremely happy with him as well as I myself. The reason for not giving five stars is there was just a few things cost wise that had popped up that we were not expecting but other than that Mike has been wonderful
