I live in an over 55 community in Webster. Property care has been our landscape company for years. We never get our lawns mowed when they say they will. Last year we went almost 2 weeks without mowing. If it looks like rain, they won’t come. They refuse to work on saturdays, so it’s days before they catch up. We’ve been mulched at the very end of July. I would give zero stars if I could. Our lawns are an embarrassment. Who is giving them good reviews?
Josh is an incredible company to work with! They are professional and take great care in the work they do, whether that is landscaping, hardscaping, snow removal, etc. Ahmet Burak who is one of their Client Relations Manager/Account Managers is fantastic- he genuinely cares about communication and results. You can't go wrong with Josh Landscaping.
Attentive to our needs and quick to respond when we have concerns.
Be careful especially during a snowstorm Property Care is on the move and does not care about anyone else's lives apparently. They do not follow any rules of the road. They came up to a red light at the four churches in Palmyra and must have thought hey why should I stop at 6:00 a.m. in the morning there shouldn't be anyone else out, not even anyone else plowing even though I have to go out and plow.
