Josh is an incredible company to work with! They are professional and take great care in the work they do, whether that is landscaping, hardscaping, snow removal, etc. Ahmet Burak who is one of their Client Relations Manager/Account Managers is fantastic- he genuinely cares about communication and results. You can't go wrong with Josh Landscaping.

Be careful especially during a snowstorm Property Care is on the move and does not care about anyone else's lives apparently. They do not follow any rules of the road. They came up to a red light at the four churches in Palmyra and must have thought hey why should I stop at 6:00 a.m. in the morning there shouldn't be anyone else out, not even anyone else plowing even though I have to go out and plow. Monday 12/29/25 at 7:33 pm, a property care truck pulled off the Sonyea exit & drove behind me, heading toward Dansville. They then proceeded to tailgate me. There was a snow plow in front of us because there was a snow storm. The driver of the property care truck then decided to make the smartest decision & pass myself as well as the snow plow in front of me. I’m not sure how he even saw around my SUV & the snow plow in front of me. My 6 year old son was in the vehicle for this as well. Do better. This is unacceptable.
I had a great experience with the whole PropertyCare team, from quoting my job through completion. I had an in-ground pool installed and I needed a landscaper to repair a large portion of my lawn. After contacting 4-5 other companies and either not hearing back or getting unreasonable quotes, I contacted PropertyCare. They were responsive, communicated well and the quote was fair. The work they did was amazing, my yard went from looking like a construction site to a beautiful lawn in a just a few weeks.
