We gave Monique at Property Buyer a daunting (and we thought- impossible) task, 13 days to buy a unit for my daughter, a tight budget, a narrow location, we needed a minimum cooling off period of 7 days, a dreadful unhelpful lending manager AND it was a shared equity loan with the government. She didn’t bat an eyelid, was communicating every day and with days (!) to spare we exchanged on a unit. Thank you Monique- you are just amazing.
