Dirty laundry from the last people to stay was left in the apartment and the apartment stunk so we were wanting a new room.Attempts to contact staff about this issue straight away were fruitless-ph calls and email sent but no after hours support, reception closed. Also the lifts were unavailable and they had us on level 8 which they failed to communicate at time of booking and we had children. We stayed in room 52 for two weeks 4 adults (2 couples) the layout of the rooms was perfect the apartment was spacious. The problem we had was that the dishwasher pipe burst, and was not fixed a week later, the air conditioners leaked onto the carpet requiring maintenance to come and fix them , the lifts were broken down for 4 days. Requiring us to walk up the fire escape stairs 15 flights The BBQ’s facilities are great but there’s no sink or taps to get water to clean the BBQ’s.
