Would not recommend staying here at all. I'm not sure if we just had a gross room, but it was gross. Fans full of dust. Drinks split on the chairs. Mismatched furniture. My elderly parents couldn't stay there because the beds are like 20cm off the ground. Hair in the showers, floor was so slimy we had to wear shoes, and don't even get me started on the aircon vents! See TripAdvisor for my detailed review & photos. There you can see that a clear pattern exists: long-term guests face terrible hygiene and aggressive tactics meant to shut down complaints. If you read through the historical reviews, you'll see they have actively struggled with ants & other pests for years! 4 star rating is actually an insult to establishments that are indeed 4 stars. Never again would I stay here and in no way would I recommend this place. The noise of people staying here, late at night is atrocious. My 0 star rating is that I tried to contact someone on the out of hours number with 0 success so that had to wear the large groups noise. Dont do it people, dont book it as you will regret it as much as I have. Shocking service. I left a voice message. They might contact me to apologise but that is no compensation for the service.
I didn’t want to write this but bookings.com kept spamming me to review it, so I thought I might as well write one but they had a character limit so i would write it here instead. If I could give this hotel a zero out of ten, I would. Our stay in Room 5 was ruined by multiple cockroaches throughout the apartment, including in the kitchen, bedroom, on the pillows, and crawling on us while we were sleeping.
