An advice to fellow brokers, do NOT choose this valuer for your client's loan applications. I chose this company to do a valuation for a house and land package because its charge is cheaper than other valuers. A big punishment for me, the valuation figure is more than $100k lower than the purchase price. I have got the valuation reports for 2 similar houses next to this house and gave them to the valuer for reconsideration. But the answer is no. I have to find another lender for the loan and the settlement is just two weeks ... read more
