This company charges 1% fee of your market value reduction, NOT your actual tax savings. It’s SO IMPORTANT to understand this!! That mistake has cost me thousands in fees with $0 -ZERO- tax savings. With the homestead exception, your capped value is 10% increase each year. You will only save money if this company brings your value to less than your capped homestead value - which they never do. Property Tax Protest was very easy, and they protest every year until I tell them to stop! I didn't need to upload pictures or do anything, really (save pay my invoice, and over the past two years they've saved me over $1,000 each year! Well worth the money paid!

Property Tax Protest charges more than other companies while they don't get as good of results. In my case, they saved me $360 in taxes, but I had to pay $191. Compared to my friend who used OmWell to get a higher % reduction & $ reduction while paying less than $100 for the service. Your best bet for the most savings is to research and Protest on your own as you will be much more thorough than propertyTaxProtest. I'll be shopping around next time if I don't go with OmWell or Protest on my own.
