Been using their service for over a decade, kept our taxes down .
The person who called me was completely rude. I asked them to call the appropriate number in order to get all the information and negotiate directly, but they said they didn’t have time to call. I’m not sure how serious they are about doing business if they don’t even want to properly follow up with their clients. (Keep in mind we were discussing a significant number of properties).
Keep sending me bills for the services that were never provided. Phone number goes into "this number is not available" and then disconnects. Not sure what this is even all about! Beware...
Lots of pointless mail being sent. Horrible customer service. Think twice before moving forward with the company.
