I have been living at one of the properties for 7years now. Things aren’t as good as them seem. Things could be better if we had more quality maintenance around the property. I don’t understand why this owner or person or persons don’t care to upgrade or upkeep the property. They only care about the bottom line which is money. I have been living at one of the properties for 6 years now. Things aren’t as good as them seem. Things could be better if we had more quality work done around here. Product that would last. Every repair is cheaply fixed. Might I add the plumbing has been a problem for at years. Unclogging and snaking seem to be the solution. They keep doing patch jobs with most things. My management company. Too much to say that can definitely improve about the properties they manage.
Lived on linden ave in Long Beach for 2 years and it was such a great experience. The unit was well maintained and I hardly had to ask for anything from them. Anne is really professional and straight to the point which I appreciate. The receptionist always really nice. Biggest bummer living there was the difficult parking and having to mail a check for rent. One time my check got lost in a the mail and it was a huge bummer
