This company is a nightmare to deal with. They verbally claimed they had a contract with us and even placed a claim against us, asking us to show up in court. My poor parents, who didn’t fully understand what they were getting into, felt pressured and ended up paying a $200 fee. Now, they’ve sent another invoice demanding more money, despite having no valid contract with us and showing absolutely no evidence of any work being done. Be careful when engaging the services of Property Tax Advisors. They may lie to you that they are working on your case but in fact they have not. I received a letter Property Tax Advisors and signed up with them last year in January, 2024 to help me challenge the assessed value of my property. In March, I received an email from the LA Assessment Appeals Board about a hearing scheduled for March 14, 2024.
