We had some work done on our duplex in South City. It required demo, framing, carpentry work, plaster work, etc. We also had our bath fan upgraded. Ejrin was able to do everything. He was knowledgeable about our older home and how to make things work. He was even able to match our historic trim and heavy texturing on our plaster wall. Great company to do business with if you need quality workers, especially in a time crunch. Josh is absolutely fantastic and has assisted me with make readies, hvac, flooring and vinyl, plumbing, and any other things that came up. Their workers can jump in a do things quickly, on the fly, and still give the standard of quality a property manager requires.
