Very disappointing experience and not what I expected based on previous dealings. I had used this company across the sale of six properties, so I re‑engaged them assuming the same standard would apply. Unfortunately, despite what was discussed and confirmed in emails, what was actually delivered did not match those agreements. I am reposting this as I have just noticed that my original honest critique of this business in 2024 has been removed. We paid $5,000 in 2024 for the styling of our small home, which we found to be poor value for money. Throughout the process with Mel, we were not allowed to assist in the decor selection and were not able to have any input ourselves.
