This is as bad as it gets in property management. One star is too generous. While Matt was there it was fine but as soon as he left, it turned into disaster. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do, don’t return emails, calls or texts which is probably why they don’t have a phone number on their email signature, don’t do inspections and don’t get trades people in to fix issues even though they charge you for it. Absolutely dreadful service! Two weeks’ rent vanished without a word, every email, call, and text ignored, and they had the nerve to bill me again for expenses already paid. Avoid at all costs!
Do not rent with them. BE CAREFUL! They never reply to emails or phone calls. They sent a lower bond to the RTA stealing about $200 dollars. Jenni is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about tenants. Their communication is terrible and I only have bad things to say about them.
UPDATE: Matt Norton no longer works here. After hours assistance is a security company (ADNEV) who charge $150 to get back into your apartment. The significance? Because you’d be hard pressed finding staff on site (They say they close at 5pm, but I’ve called before 5pm & was told to wait till 8am. Their contract states after hrs is between 5pm & 6am). The staff retention rate is extremely low, Matt Norton was the only consistent person in the company. Now that he’s left, there’s more questions about why retention is so bad. ... read more
