The worst property management team I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No communication and no professionalism. Obviously, the rental market is terrible and you have to take whatever you can get, but if there is any option to avoid this group, please do. They're not worth the hassle and stress.
We contracted to PSP in 2024. We dealt with David Blanck. With a number of bin rooms to complete, David signed all of the quotes digitally & we completed the work. Although happy with the work, David still owes money to the point where we believe, it's not his first time & he knows the legal system is slow to co-operate, time consuming & one that most people don't bother with. Property Solutions Place have manged my property for over 8 years until we recently sold. We have always found them to be proactive and responsive. Not only did they do the property management but they are also the on site building managers which we ultimately saw as a capital value addition to our apartment reflective in the sale price we achieved.
This is as bad as it gets in property management. One star is too generous. While Matt was there it was fine but as soon as he left, it turned into disaster. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do, don’t return emails, calls or texts which is probably why they don’t have a phone number on their email signature, don’t do inspections and don’t get trades people in to fix issues even though they charge you for it. Absolutely dreadful service! Two weeks’ rent vanished without a word, every email, call, and text ignored, and they had the nerve to bill me again for expenses already paid. Avoid at all costs!
