Do not rent with them. BE CAREFUL! They never reply to emails or phone calls. They sent a lower bond to the RTA stealing about $200 dollars. Jenni is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about tenants. Their communication is terrible and I only have bad things to say about them.
UPDATE: Matt Norton no longer works here. After hours assistance is a security company (ADNEV) who charge $150 to get back into your apartment. The significance? Because you’d be hard pressed finding staff on site (They say they close at 5pm, but I’ve called before 5pm & was told to wait till 8am. Their contract states after hrs is between 5pm & 6am). Selectively does not reply to emails, answer the phone, respond to texts. There are two mobile numbers listed for him and he doesn’t answer either. I don’t know how this guy is employed with lacking skills like this. Shameless, childish and extremely unprofessional. More and more it looks like I’ve dodged a bullet. Perhaps it’s only bogan sounding names whose contact they reciprocate
Property Solutions had looked after the management of our apartment in Nundah for several years. We were on the verge of changing management when Matt Norton took over the care of our unit. He made a commitment to us that he was there to ensure that both owners and tenants would be looked after by him. Liked Matt's straightforward no nonsense approach. Matt has always been so helpful in every aspect! He has always made things easier and handles any issues quickly and efficiently. if I could rate him any higher I would. 10/10 person and 10/10 service.
