I can tell that all the positive reviews were written by the same person because it uses the same language... "Jeremy and his team.." Each review starts with "Jeremy" He promises a $50 check for calling to discuss your house in foreclosure but I never got a check. Reporting to BBB.

Jeremy is the best, Awesome Super down to earth ! Spends the time to talk to you and explain to you the best solution he is honest and very very very knowledgeable, Me and significant are going through a hard time involving foreclosure , and her divorce and speaking with him , our minds are at ease and we got the best solution to our issue and he broke everything down and took the time to explain everything ! A1 , A++++++++++++ Jeremy ! He needs a pay raise !

First off, Jeremy and Ruth are a pleasure to work with. Very nice, professional and respectful. They worked through the process with me and always kept me updated. Very considerate. Explained everything to me without making me feel stupid or getting annoyed. They are a godsend. I would not have made it through this difficult time without their help. 100% recommend this team for real estate help.

Jeremy was the easiest person to work with. I literally had a burnt house and crazy ex-tenant and he had no issues with helping me through it all, meanwhile everyone else said it would be impossible to find someone who could help me. But he took all the stress off my plate. I am extremely blessed to have I done like him! I would, without a doubt, recommend him to everyone. 15/10. Super kind and helpful!
