Had a water leak event at my condo. Water from upstairs neighbor's unit leaked through their floors into my ceilings and walls. My Insurance company recommended Property Services of WNY to fix the situation. These guys did a phenomenal job. Jordan got over to my place sized up the job and had a team(Mike, John, And Jacob) over within hours. They dried and dehumidified my unit for 2 days. From the estimate, which Jordan explained everything they were gonna do and until the job was complete all the workers were so respectful, kind and did an awesome job on my roof. They all worked well together and I had no issues with any of them. They cleaned up like I never had work done, that's how good of a job they did! If I could I would leave pictures of my roof on the great job they did but I won't climb a ladder that high, lol. I give Jordan and his whole crew an A+++ from start to finish!! Outstanding workmanship and service! If I could give 100 stars I would!! Josh, Bob and crew did an excellent job with a kitchen make-over! I had a flood with lots of water damage.
