A COMPLETE SCAMM . My wife and I are vocal unhappy prior clients of PSA who suffered $11k in lost rent and damages. We discovered that the only way to resolve money issues with PSA is to take them to court. Upper management will not meet you half way to resolve issues. We believe that PSA management focuses on making money at your expense instead of giving you the wonderful "customer service" that they advertise.
This company automatically takes $200 from your security deposit and charges another $100 for carpet. The company won't even come out to change air filter in the attic. I had surgery recently and I cannot walk up all those stairs and I have no clue on how to change the filter in this old house. They won't to charge $99 to change air filters.
