We used Property Restoration Group after a fire that rendered our home a complete loss. PRG was amazing from start to finish. Michele, who handled our contents inventory, was outstanding. David, our project manager, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and timely. Every Property Restoration Group employee was wonderful. Our house turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Two thumbs up and five stars are in order for the entire Property Restoration Group team!
I am a property manager and have had experiences with with PRG at several buildings around Orange County. They have always responded promptly and are extremely professional. I will be definitely using them in the future.
We had a water pipe break that flooded a commercial space. Lots of carpet and wall damage. It was a mess. David and the other technicians were quick (responded the same day) and very professional. They told us immediately what they were doing and why and finished cleanup & drying with speed and efficiency. They called us every day for a week and updated us on the progress. Well done.
My mother had to be hospitalized because of her breathing problems; we thought it was due to Covid. When we went to her bedroom and bathroom we found lots of mold. We called Property Restoration Group and they were able not only to remove and clean all the mold; but also to build back the bedroom and remodel the bathrooms. Truly an amazing group of professionals at Property Restoration Group.. They came to my home for a water leak. They were polite and respectful to my property, covered their shoes and the floor to where they were working; and they covered my furniture so it doesn’t get dusty. They took out the wet walls and moved furniture when needed. After they got their things setup they helped us figure out how to follow up with the insurance.
