We rented “Mosman Bay Secluded” at 24 A Upper Avenue Road, Mosman. It was overlooked by neighbours, and overlooked by other properties. Conversations outside were overheard. Not secluded. Garage door was rotting and failed to function in rain, en suite window locked shut with no other ventilation resulting in mould, unhygienic , broken heater in main bedroom, no complete sets of keys available on arrival, lock on main front door disabled., etc
The worst company we’ve ever worked with. Rude and condescending. Do not use this company for your rental needs!
Over promised and under delivered - I should have known from the initial interaction where I was pressured to sign a contract in order to get my property online for marketing purposes. Avoid at all costs - a disputed invoice was met with a threat to debit a credit card they had on file plus a "Labour charge"! Every interaction besides the initial phone discussion was a disappointment. Internal confusion lead to unacceptably long times to respond and poor outcomes.
