As always PPC was on time, communicated well prior to the visit and rectified my alarm issue quickly once on site. I will never use anyone else for my alarm needs. I highly recommend them!

System was partially installed when we moved into the house. Someone was supposed to come back and finish the install + give a tutorial on how to use the app and the panel. No one did that and a few weeks later, a false smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had no clue how to shut it off. Next day a technician came for 3 hours and “fixed it”. Excellent service from beginning to end. We moved in to a new home so our experience with this company is known as a “take over” of our existing alarm system. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful, especially in answering my many questions;) pricing was as expected. Nice to know if we need anything in the future or have questions, we’ll get a live person answering the phone and not a recording. Highly recommend this company!!
