Bathroom make-over!! Came out amazing. They were on point with timing, and their quality of work. which nowadays that’s very advantageous.
Unreliable, poor communication, does not follow through. No call no showed to appt for a quote. When called about missing the appt, Abi came later that day and provided a quote. I then had to obtain HOA approval for the project. Project was approved and I reached out to set a date for it to be completed. Received excuse after excuse. Weeks later now and no further communication from Abi. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
My wife and I recently had Property Pros do a couple jobs at our house. They did Luxury Vinyl planks on our 2nd floor as well as the stairs and we had the paint the exterior of our house. Both jobs were finished within a week and with high quality. Abi showed up everyday to check in their work and progress. Top notch and professional customer service.
