Property Plus was nothing short of amazing during the time out of our house with Helene- through 9 months of our house being renovated, they were supportive and eager to help us any way they could. We sincerely appreciate Brent, Brad, Dave, Danny, and all the other employees that had part in salvaging our belongings, it made being out of our home without our stuff much easier. We would highly recommend Property Plus to anyone in need of this service.

I called about finding mold and dampness in my downstairs bathroom vanity. Danny came out the next day, and was so nice and personable. He removed what was needed and left dryers and dehumidifiers so everything could be dry before we replaced anything. We had to wait on a plumber to fix the leak, and they even left the dryer for extra time to make sure things were dry after he left. Brad was also available for communication the entire time. If your want a company to not return your calls, have questionable accountability, add additional damages (created by their company) to original claim, poor billing standards, lack of follow through, poor workmanship and/or to stall a project into over a year -(who was paid in full) then call Property Plus. Still waiting for them to complete the job and remove their lockbox.

Property Plus to the rescue!!! We had water damage in our home post hurricane this company was awesome from start to finish! I wish I could give them ten stars!!! Brad and the entire crew were so easy to work with, great communication, EASY! They were so very kind when I called. We also own a few rental properties and one was damaged by a fire. After having a fire I tried calling ServPro who were anxious to get the job until I told them that I wasn’t sure I wanted them to handle the construction and suddenly, they had a 6 week wait to get to my property. I looked for a local company and found Property Plus! Dave, the project manager came the very next day and the company got started cleaning out the building immediately.
