Cheating, lying and exploiting their clients. Playing games to keep their customers. Not how a business should run. Very disappointed in their service and lack of honesty and integrity.
Since the day one, we are so unhappy whenever we request for any repairs. They take several weeks and sometimes even months to come back. After all they send very very unprofessional people to fix things who always does incomplete job, throws all the rubbish inside the property, they don't understand the problem, starts arguing with us when we ask to fix the issue. Never seen such Unethical fellows. Be cautious with these people.
We had a disagreement with our bond after leaving our rental property with property plus realty, and the staff were completely unhelpful. They were not forthcoming with documents or evidence, never returned calls or followed up enquiries and the principal was generally rude and unhelpful. So unhappy with the service and we will not be renting with them again.
