I lived in their Holly Flats for over two years and I am impressed with their promptness and courteousness! Their maintenance is quick to respond and remaining staff a pleasure to work with. The property is beautiful. Would highly recommend.
Super pleased with our experience with Steffen Zenner Properties so far. We've lived in their apartments in highland park for over a year now. The quality of the apartments isn't spectacular but the price is very fair. The best part of our experience has been the prompt communication from management, the ease of submitting maintenance requests, and having an awesome caretaker on site. If you're looking for a place that fits in the budget I would certainly recommend them based of our experience.
