I have had the pleasure to work with Cumberland Landscape Group over the last several years. Anthony and his team have worked hard to meet our needs and deliver quality landscaping, from installation to maintenance. They are a valuable team player in creating a welcoming first impression!
We got a backyard project done recently and were very satisfied with the skill, finesse and commitment shown by Alberto Catalan and his team. They did an excellent job, very happy with Alberto and the team. As for Cumberland as a company, very good customer experience provided by Zoe Lewis. Zoe thanks to you and Alberto's team we are delighted with the work executed for us.
I contacted Cumberland landscape group on 10/21/2024 at 11:10am and spoke with a lady. I requested someone to come to my home to provide some ideas and an estimate for my backyard. I even provided the name of my next door neighbor who recommended them. As of today, 11/5/2024, no one has contacted me. Poor customer service. Even if I received a call now, I would not do business with them.
This company this not good not recommend the managers the owner this not good people very bad company 🤣🤣
Surpassed all expectations. Good communication. They were able to make adjustments, Remedy small issues with ease. I will be using them again for sure
