We recently purchased a home that had been vacant for some time & Property Masters had been contracted by the selling agency to essentially do a whole renovation. It had been through many inspections and appraisals - so structurally the house is sound … but cosmetically it is a disaster. Their workers didn’t tighten a part on the upstairs shower - so a slow drip soaked into the walls & ceiling and we only found out because it soaked through the ceiling. We used Property Masters 8 years ago spending over $10,000. In our backyard. Warranty of the expensive trees were never discussed to my recollection. Last year we had them come back to touch up some areas install some new shrubs and put down sod. I know for sure warranty was never mentioned by the salesman. Their website states they have the finest in the industry. For what they charge they should. But they don't.
