We recently purchased a home that had been vacant for some time & Property Masters had been contracted by the selling agency to essentially do a whole renovation. It had been through many inspections and appraisals - so structurally the house is sound … but cosmetically it is a disaster. Their workers didn’t tighten a part on the upstairs shower - so a slow drip soaked into the walls & ceiling and we only found out because it soaked through the ceiling.
