Mollie was extremely fast to respond to emails and transparent with things happening at the house (if maintenance was coming in to change filters, etc.). I knew if there was a problem or question I could receive an answer within 24 hours!
Everyone was always very professional and informative when dealing with my roommates and me. Maintenance was always timely. Overall, it was a great experience. Mollie was always very responsive to any questions or concerns for all of us.
PMSI responds in a very timely manner to any of our houses questions or concerns. They also respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests, and they are very informative about things going on in our house, always. I am a senior and will be graduating this year, but I would highly recommend PMSI to anyone else who would like an honest, comfortable living experience while in Ann Arbor.

Compared to my last property management firm, PMSI is a breath of fresh air. They have always been "timely" in their monthly deposits on collected rents and have handled all "issues" regarding the student rental in a professional manner. Their annual reports are professionally done which my tax accountant loves. Their maintenance team is excellent and has very professional relationship with the city inspectors.
My overall experience with PMSI has been good. They are easy to reach and quick to fix problems. Thank you
Management really receptive to comments and concerns. Problems usually fixed same day. Good communication and most things are done when they say they will be done and if not its usually a legit reason which has also been addressed quickly. Mollie has been excellent in handling my concerns and questions. Overall maintenance has been really receptive and quick to fix problems.
We've had a lot of minor troubles at the house but the response has always been quick whenever we send a work request. Thanks!!!!
PMSI has done a great job of responding to any questions we have and is good about sending help whenever a problem arises with the residence.
