Horrible people. Horrible company. Every last one of them. Neglectful and they simply do not care. They have the lowest rating in Lavista. If I could give 0 stars I would. Left my family and I without AC for days and had the nerve to respond with the below. The city is involved and I’ve had to retain legal help.
RPM took control of The Heights in council bluffs, the manager is rude, does not respond to questions, has threatened tenant's. Entirely unprofessional
