Stay away from these people they are the most dishonest people and don’t know how to run a company. Ken is very rude and unprofessional and the entire staff doesn’t know how to return calls and they will scam you out of money and turn it around on you! Save yourself the headache and go with another company that won’t screw you over! This place deserves 0 stars
Ken price is the worst and most unprofessional person. Try talking to him and he goes off , walks away and tells the girl Nicole to follow him when I asked for his managers name.
August 9, 2021; Ken Price he’s a property manager there, he is very rude. A couple weeks before we moved out he asked if I could let someone come in and look because they wanted to move in after we moved out so I agreed. When he walked through he said I new your place would be clean that’s why I asked you he said “No worries you will get your whole deposit back,” I told him I have painted the entire house that it would be move-in ready.
