During the hurricane, we were unable to stay in our rental and had no choice than to move. The home was one block away from the flood and the air quality became thick for several months and difficult to breathe. We started having respiratory problems and submitted a thirty day notice. They kept our full deposit even though the home was uninhabitable and showed no remorse about the disaster. This is not the way to treat people going through such difficult times.
Good people. Thorough and polite. I was confident my property was cared for.
We have been living as tenants with them for about 3 years now. They are great with communication and checked on us throughout hurricane helene! They are wonderful people and have worked with us through these tough times! We appreciate and thank them for their kindness and generosity!
