THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENCED to do some of the work they offer. We went through Property Maintenance SA to replace our gutters and downpipes. Job was quoted for 3 days work - took 2 days to remove the old gutters, then 8 half days to install the new gutters and downpipes. After install, there were several leaks in the new gutters, most of which ended up taking 5 months to sort out, with some leaks still remaining.
