Wish I could give no stars. We signed a contract with them. They said definitely by 30 days, we will sell your home. Lowballed us, then just posted it online like a realtor would. Told us in writing, we get the $1k earnest $ if the buyer backed out. Talked to the closing lawyer on the 22nd of September, closing was oct 22nd.
