Wish I could give no stars. We signed a contract with them. They said definitely by 30 days, we will sell your home. Lowballed us, then just posted it online like a realtor would. Told us in writing, we get the $1k earnest $ if the buyer backed out. Talked to the closing lawyer on the 22nd of September, closing was oct 22nd. Everything was in order according to Michaels guy he sent out. Getting closer to closing and we reach out to make sure the date is still a go. Find out the buyer backed out sept 21st.
