Livvy answered the phone this morning and dealt with all the questions I had about a number of properties in a very informative and friendly manner, and went that extra mile by contacting other members of staff if she did not have the answer directly herself - amazing service! --- Also Sophie is another customer service attendee, and she is amazing - answered all my Qs and went that little extra mile to explain things in detail - no Q was too much! Awesome staff.
