I wish I could give no star. The lady who showed me the rental property was outrageously rude and snobbish. This agency ask you loads of personal information for rental and when comes to decision doesn’t even bother to communicate properly.
Friendly and helpful staff
Tried to illegally keep our deposit - when we made it clear we knew our rights and threatened legal action, they folded. The responses to reviews below detailing personal information is obviously maddening, and if not illegal at least in bad taste and should already demonstrate how they operate. Definitely avoid renting with Property Link at all costs; they’re nightmares.
